In late summer 2022 Ira, an incredible father to Max and Ilana and even better husband to Patty, was diagnosed with a rare form of Leukemia. He fought hard for himself, his family, his friends, and everyone that cared about him. In March 2023 he sadly passed.

His passing had an impact on everyone in the family. For families that find themselves in this situation there is an organization called Cancer Care (cancercare.org). They help families cope with this loss by providing support through programs such as mental health initiatives.

My family was lucky enough to have these services to help with our loss. I've seen first hand the positive impact that Cancer Care can have when a family goes through such a tough time.

​

So we're giving back in the best way Ira could have possibly imagined - raising money to support Cancer Care's mission with a good ole day on the greens! Come out and enjoy a day of golf, fundraising for a great cause, and remembering Ira - an incredible son, husband, father, and mediocre golfer!
